Inspired by my fascination with wildlife, particularly birds, the series reflects my belief that humans, animals, and nature are all interconnected—each an essential part of a much larger whole.

Whether focusing on the delicate complexity of lichen, the graceful forms of wildlife, or the unexpected beauty of an ordinary object, I seek to uncover the extraordinary hidden in plain sight.

Art Beyond the Canvas
My installations expand the boundaries of traditional art, transforming ideas, materials, and spaces into immersive experiences that invite reflection, discovery, and dialogue.
Through works such as We Are All Immigrants and Water Memories, I explore themes of identity, belonging, memory, and the connections that shape our shared human experience. These installations move beyond the purely visual, encouraging viewers to engage with the stories, emotions, and meanings behind the work. Each installation offers an opportunity to experience art in a more personal and thought-provoking way.
At the heart of my work is the belief that art has the power to connect us—to one another, to our histories, and to the world we inhabit.
I create art as a way of exploring connection - between color and emotion, memory and place, people and nature, and the individual and the larger whole. My work moves between abstraction, photography, mixed media, and installation, often combining unexpected materials and processes. I am continually experimenting, layering, removing, and rediscovering, allowing each piece to reveal something I didn't necessarily know I was looking for.
